Our Value “ we genuinely care” is real and extends to our employee’s health and well being and that of their immediate family. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available in the event that an employee or their immediate family requires the support of a counsellor. This is a confidential, company funded counselling service available for work and non-work related issues. While we hope our employee’s don’t suffer a situation which creates the need for such a service, it is available in the event that it is needed.
