Leadership

We have a stable leadership team with a healthy balance of service, formal qualifications, industry experience and external experience. The leadership team all have responsibility for a key part of our business, leading a team to deliver our respective business objectives.  “Team-based leadership” is how we operate, our business decisions are considered and are made following consultation. Our Leadership team meets formerly at least once monthly for our Leadership Team Meeting, a key decision-making opportunity.
